We Want To Change The World. We Believe It Starts With Education.
In India, 100 million children from low-income communities grow up without access to the 21st-century skills they need to thrive — from emotional intelligence and cognitive skills to everyday money management. This gap leads to a lifetime of limited opportunity, intergenerational poverty, and rising mental health concerns.
What Are We Doing?
At The Apprentice Project (TAP), we're building India's boldest bet on education equity — an AI-powered learning buddy that helps thousands of government school students unlock 21st-century skills. We don't just teach coding or financial literacy — we spark self-confidence, creativity, and lifelong curiosity in children who've been told to "stay in their lane."
We're not looking for employees. We're looking for co-builders — people who want to create generational change, one student at a time.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join us as Intern – Fundraising Research.
You are sharp, curious, and resourceful — someone who enjoys digging into information, connecting dots, and forming their own view on what's worth pursuing. You don't need prior experience in fundraising — but you do need strong analytical thinking, good judgment, and the ability to work independently without needing constant direction.
If you're excited about understanding how philanthropy and CSR work, and you want your research to directly shape how a high-impact organisation funds its mission — you'll thrive here.

- A strong foundation if you're looking to build a career in fundraising, philanthropy, strategy, or the social sector.
Why Join Us?
Because this is not a filing-and-formatting internship.
The research you do here will directly inform real fundraising decisions — which funders TAP pursues, which conversations get prioritised, and which opportunities get converted into partnerships that fund a child's education. You'll work closely with TAP's fundraising leadership, get a front-row view of how a high-growth nonprofit builds its funding engine, and leave with skills and knowledge that are genuinely hard to get anywhere else.
